Upon logging in to the system, The first thing you will see is the homepage where you can see the newsfeed about the updates for new collection of the library, and when you need to borrow a book you will search books using search bar or you can use the recommendation of books in the OPAC  student can view details of the books and can reserve the books , after when you find the book that you need, you click the books to show the book information and borrow process, you will fill up some information to proceed the transaction then the system will show a downloadable qr code which you will show to the librarian or student assistant to verify and approve your borrow request by scanning the qr code. After scanning the qr code, if there are no problems, the transaction will proceed and that will end the process. The librarian will give you the book that you request. 

The user can access the OPAC by logging in to the system and visit the OPAC page of the system. in here the OPAC will show a list of books in alphabetical order the student/user can search every added books and available books in the library thru online or they can manually search the listed alphabetical title books and browse their information after selecting a title of the book. 

The student can avail and reserve books online with the help of the  OPAC module of the system. Students need to find the book they need in the OPAC then access its book information. Then you will see the book reservation option for that book, you will fill up some information there like how many days you want to borrow the book before proceeding to the next step.

After filling up the information you need for book reservation the system will be generate and show a qr code that you need to confirm the process with the librarian, this qr code is downloadable, you can also picture it using a phone or do a screenshot.

The data mining will only be be used through the recent searches of title books of the student. The system will recommend the title of book of the past recent searches of students.  This will also used in statistic on admin dashboard to ensure that the library is always updated and knows what are the readers preference. this can also be used on allocating achievement for user who will be awarded depending on the milestone they’ve achieve.
